How it works

Submit your referral by email or through the company referral form before the prospective agent joins. Please include their full name, phone number, and a brief introduction. There is no limit to how many agents you can refer.

Refer an Agent

Once your referral officially affiliates with Century 21 Masters, you’ll become their referring agent on record.

The Agent Joins

For every transaction the referred agent closes, you receive 10% of the company dollar from that deal, paid quarterly after closing. Payments continue as long as both you and the referred agent remain active with Century 21 Masters.

You Earn 10% of the Company Dollar

Referring a trusted lender to join our brokerage helps build stronger in-house partnerships that lead to smoother transactions and faster closings. If you hold an active MLO license, you’re eligible to receive 10% of the company dollar on every deal the lender closes.
